• Do countries have obligations to protect people who move? (so-called ‘climate refugees’)?
• What is the role of human rights law?
• Does climate-related movement pose security risks?
• Relocation and Pacific land tenure
• Statehood and ‘sinking islands’
• Institutional responses and good governance
